Green Tea Latte Strawberries by Tavalon

INGREDIENTS:

12 oz. white chocolate (recommended: Valrhona Chocolate)
2 tbsp. shortening (optional, but it definitely makes the chocolate smoother)
8-10 fresh strawberries with leaves
1 heaping tsp. matcha powder

PREPARATION:

1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and shortening, stirring occasionally until velvety.

2. Stir in matcha, making sure it is well incorporated. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate-matcha mixture.

3. Allow to cool completely, and enjoy with your favorite cup of tea!
