Behind the Burner: Good Morning Joe by Divya Gugnani

Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups of strong Kona coffee
1 oz. Baileys Creme
1 oz. creme de mint
whipping cream and caramel to top

PREPARATION:

I recommend Kona coffee because it has a strong taste of the islands, it's a little nutty but tropical as well.

1. Mix in 1/2 oz. of Baileys and creme de Mint into each cup of coffee. Stir until a nice clean color arises.

3. Top with whipping cream and caramel!
