Ginger Soy Fish Marinade by Divya Gugnani

Makes 6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
10 oz. soy sauce
1 tbsp. ginger root, finely grated
1 tbsp. garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. lime zest
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl to combine.
2. Pour over filleted fish of choice and let marinate for at least an hour.
3. Cook and serve as desired.
