Fruit Salsa by Divya Gugnani

Makes 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs fresh diced pineapple
1 papaya, diced
1 mango, diced
1 red onion, diced
2 kiwis, diced
4 Tbs orange juice
2 tbs. pineapple juice
2 tsp Jamaican jerk spice blend
PREPARATION:
1. In large bowl, combine fresh diced pineapple, diced papaya, diced mango, diced red
onion, diced kiwi, orange juice and Jamaican jerk spice blend.
2. Cover and refrigerate up to six hours.
