Fresh Berry Parfaits by Divya Gugnani
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 carton(s) nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 ¼ cups fresh raspberries
1 ¼ cups blueberries
1 tsp. mint leaves (for garnish)
PREPARATION:
1. Divide and layer yogurt, raspberries and blueberries into 4 glasses.
2. Garnish with mint and serve.
