French Kisses by D'Artagnan

Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 8 oz. Mousse of foie gras
16 Prunes, pitted
Armagnac
PREPARATION:
French Kisses, a D'Artagnan original, are one step this side of paradise: prunes soaked in Armagnac and filled with foie gras.
1. Take a sip of the Armagnac to make sure it's yummy.
2. In a small bowl, pour Armagnac over the prunes, cover, and refrigerate for several days.
3. Remove the prunes from the bowl and place on a plate.
4. Take a sip of the Armagnac to make sure the prunes flavored it well!
5. Fill a pastry bag with the mousse of foie gras and stuff prunes.
