Easy Frozen Margaritas by Divya Gugnani

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 quarts ice cubes
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemon concentrate
12 oz. tequila
1/4 cup triple sec
Kosher salt for the rims
1 lime sliced in half

PREPARATION:

1. Working in batches, add the ice, lemon concentrate, tequila and triple sec into a blender.

2. Blend at highest speed until drink is almost smooth. Pour into a pitcher and repeat with remaining ingredients. Store in the freezer.

3. To salt the margarita glasses, pour a single layer of salt on a salad plate. Moisten each glass rim with 1 lime then dip each rim in the salt.

4. Pour margaritas into each glass and garnish with 1 lime. Serve immediately.
