Dijon Baby Back Ribs by Divya Gugnani
INGREDIENTS:
4 lbs baby back pork ribs
1 12-ounce bottle of Dijon and Honey Marinade with Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. barbeque sauce
PREPARATION:
1.If needed, cut ribs in lengths to fit in resealable plastic bag.
2.Place ribs in bag and add ¾ cup Dijon and Honey Marinade and barbecue sauce; seal and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
3.Place ribs on broiler pan that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
4.Bake in 300ºF oven for about 2 hours.
5.Grill, basting often with additional marinade, until glazed.
