Behind the Burner: DevilAngel Eggs by Divya Gugnani

Makes 20 servings

INGREDIENTS:

10 hard-boiled eggs
3 tbs. honey mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbs. water



PREPARATION:

1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the egg yolks

2. Place the egg yolks in a medium sized bowl

3. Mix together the yolks, honey mustard, brown sugar, maple syrup, and water

4. Fill the hard boiled egg halves with the mixture forming a nicely rounded top

Serve chilled
