Dark Chocolate Sauce by Divya Gugnani

INGREDIENTS:

140 grams or 5 oz. dark chocolate 72%
84 grams or 3 oz. glucose syrup
9 oz. of simple syrup
1 tsp. of vanilla paste

PREPARATION:

1. Using a double boiler, melt all ingredients together and let cool.
