Cuban Reuben by Chef Brian Bistrong
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
Two slices of bread, any kind but preferably a baguette
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
4 slices of ham
2 slices Swiss cheese
Dill pickles slices
Coleslaw
PREPARATION:
1. Combine mayonnaise and ketchup and spread onto both sides of the bread.
2. Add ham, swiss cheese, dill pickles and a small amount of coleslaw.
3. Close the sandwich and put on a panini grill until crisp and gooey.
Serve with chips to complete the indulgence!
