Behind the Burner: Crunchy Pickle Appetizer by Divya Gugnani

Makes 10 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (12 oz.) smoked cooked ham, sliced
1 24-oz. jar kosher dill spears, drained
1 tub (8 oz.) softened light cream cheese

PREPARATION:

1. Dry ham and pickles with paper towel and spread 14 ham slices each with 1 tbsp. cream cheese. Top each with 1 pickle; roll up. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

2. Cut each pickle into 5 pieces to serve.
