Cranberry Sorbet by Divya Gugnani

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups simple syrup (2 cups sugar to 1 cup water)

PREPARATION:

1. Combine juice with chilled simple syrup.
2. Freeze in ice cream maker until ready to serve.
3. To harden further, store in covered container and freeze overnight.
