Behind the Burner: Cowboy Martini by Amy Sacco

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1/2 oz. simple syrup (optional)
1/2 oz. lime juice, or muddled lime
5 mint leaves, muddled
3-4 whole mint leaves for garnish

PREPARATION:

1. Muddle mint with lime juice or muddled fresh limes.

2. Add Grey Goose vodka and simple syrup (if used,) pour over ice.

3. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.

4. Garnish with whole mint leaves.
