Cold Cucmber and Avacado Soup

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 seedless cucumber, chopped
1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
1 shallot, chopped
3 tsp plain yogurt
4 tsp lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 radish, chopped
1 dash hot sauce
PREPARATION:
1. Place the cucumber, avocado, shallot, lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin, and 1 cup cold water in a blender. Blend. Add most of the yogurt, reserve some for garnish. Process until smooth.
2. Chill for at least 1 hour. Add a dash of hot sauce and the small dollop of yogurt as garnish.
