Cocktail #89 by Richard Leach

Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
Cockail #89
1 oz. apricot nectar or puree
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. cardamom
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime
Mint sprigs for garnish
Cardamom Syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. whole cardamom pods
PREPARATION:
1. Mix all ingredients, serve over ice chilled. Garnish with mint.
For Cardamom Syrup:
1. Bring water and sugar to boil and pour over cardamom pods.
2. Allow to cool and steep overnight. Strain out pods.
