Behind the Burner: Caprioska Cocktail by Divya Gugnani

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

Whole, quartered lemon
Tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 oz. vodka
Lots Crushed ice
Some soda water

PREPARATION:

1. Slice lemons, muddle with sugar your chosen glass.

2. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour on the vodka

3. Top up with Soda water, gently mix and then serve.

Tip: Try adding some blueberries, strawberries or other fruit in to the muddle for an extra twist.
