Behind the Burner: Burgundy Bubbler by Divya Gugnani

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. dry red wine
1/4 oz. crè de cassis liqueur
2 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
Lemon twist for garnish

PREPARATION:

1. Pour the red wine and cassis into a wine glass.

2. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.
