Blue Cheese Dip by Divya Gugnani
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pint of sour cream
1/4 cup of whole milk
1/3 cup of crumbled bleu cheese
2 tbs. of red onion, finely diced
2/3 cup of scallions, finely diced
PREPARATION:
1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients well.
2. Serve chilled.
