Behind the Burner: Beefy Pickle Bites by Divya Gugnani

Makes 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1 qt. whole dill pickles
4 oz. dried beef, sliced
8 oz. softened light cream cheese

PREPARATION:

1. Drain pickles and pat dry. Cut cream cheese into 10 squares; place a square of cream cheese on each pickle and spread.

3. Wrap 1 piece of dried beef around the pickle (already spread with cream cheese).

4. After preparing all pickles, refrigerate 1 hour, then slice each pickle into 5 slices.
