Behind the Burner: Baileys Chocolatini

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
1/4 oz. vodka
1/4 oz. chocolate liqueur
Cocoa powder for garnish

PREPARATION:

1. Rim a martini glass with cocoa powder.

2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

3. Shake well for 15-20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
