Behind the Burner: Back to Basics Hamburger by Divya Gugnani

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

PREPARATION:

1. Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl

2. Form mixture into patties

3. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes on each side on high heat
