BACARDI® Torched Cherry Delight by Juan Coronado

Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
2 parts BACARDI® Torched Cherry Rum
3 blackberries
1 part fresh lemon juice
Bunch of mint (6 leaves)
1/2 part simple syrup (or St. Germain)
PREPARATION:
1. Shake all ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Double strain and pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with mint and blackberries.
