BACARDI® Torched Cherry Breeze by Juan Coronado

Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
2 parts BACARDI® Torched Cherry Rum
3 slices of cucumber
1 1/2 parts pineapple juice
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 part St-Germain liqueur or simple syrup
PREPARATION:
1. Muddle the cucumbers with the St-Germain liqueur. Add ice and shake with the rest of ingredients.
2. Pour into well-chilled cocktail glass or over ice in a high ball glass. Garnish with mint.
