Behind the Burner: BACARDI® PARTY PUNCH

INGREDIENTS:

One bottle BACARDI® Gold Rum (750 ml)
1 large cranberry juice
2 large ginger ale, chilled
8 oz. orange juice
1 oz. lime juice
11/2 oz. lemon juice
Extra citrus fruit for garnish
Fresh ice

PREPARATION:

1. In large container, combine BACARDI® Gold Rum and fruit juices.

2. Chill. Just before serving, pour into large punch bowl. Add ice and gently

3. Stir in chilled ginger ale. Garnish by floating orange, lemon and lime slices on top. Makes 16 cups.
