Autumn Sweater Cocktail by Morgan Schick

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Bols liqueur
1/2 oz. Dimmi liqueur
1 oz. pressed apple juice
1/2 oz. egg white
3/4 oz. vanilla rosemary simple syrup
1/2 oz. lime juice
Fresh rosemary for garnish

PREPARATION:

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds, until a froth develops on the surface.

3. Pour the contents of the shaker (including ice) into a cocktail glass, garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.
