Anytime Soup Mix by Divya Gugnani

Makes 9 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. dried minced tomato
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chicken bouillon powder
1/4 tsp. dried thyme



PREPARATION:

1. Combine dry milk, cornstarch, onion, tomato, pepper, salt and chicken bouillon. Mix well and store in the refrigerator or freezer. To make the soup, combine 1/3 cup of the mix with 1 1/4 cups of water in saucepan. Cook and stir until thickened.
