Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. tequila
1.5 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. club soda
2 tsp. fennel seed
1 pineapple slice
PREPARATION:
1. Crush fennel seeds with a mortar and pestle.
2. Add crushed fennel seeds, club soda, pineapple juice, tequila and vodka to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with pineapple slice.
