Behind the Burner: American-Style Hot Chocolate by MarieBelle New York

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup MarieBelle chocolate
1/4 cup boiling milk

PREPARATION:

1. In a heat-safe container, add 1/4 cup of MarieBelle chocolate to 1/4 cup of boiling milk. Stir until smooth and well-melted.

2. If chocolate pieces do not melt completely, steam, simmer, or microwave, for 30 seconds. If you prefer your drink less thick, add more boiling milk.

If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream!
