Almost Cheesecake by Divya Gugnani
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
4 whole-wheat graham crackers
4 tbsp. ricotta cheese
8 tsp. jam
1 tbsp. fresh strawberries, diced
PREPARATION:
1. Spread 1 tbsp. part-skim ricotta cheese and 2 tsp. of jam on each graham cracker.
2. Top with fresh strawberries and serve.
