Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 oz. limoncello
1/3 oz. lemon juice
1/2 apple
6 mint leaves

PREPARATION:

1. Muddle the apple and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.

2. Add gin, limoncello and lemon juice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

3. Double strain into a martini glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
