Affogato Martini by Divya Gugnani
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz.vodka
1 oz. espresso
1/3 oz. Kahlua
1 tsp. honey
1 scoop ice cream
vanilla bean
shaved chocolate
PREPARATION:
1. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into champagne saucer.
2. Place all other ingredient in shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
4. Strain over ice cream.
5. Garnish with vanilla bean or shaved chocolate.
