Absinthe Minded by Divya Gugnani
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 parts absinthe
3/4 parts sweet vermouth
1 part Cointreau
PREPARATION:
1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and still with bar spoon.
2. Strain into a frosted martini glass.
3. Drop in an orange peel for garnish.
