If you are craving something sweet, especially chocolate, don't go for the snickers bar. Break a small piece off a dark chocolate bar or dip a berry in raw cocoa.

Tip: If you are not hungry in the morning, do breakfast anyway. But skip the muffins! An apple or banana and you are on your way. Remember what they say: even an apple a day can keep the doctor away. Your blood sugar levels (and waistline) will thank you later.
