The Morning After: How Do You Avoid the Post-Thanksgiving/Holiday Over Indulgence?

Technique: Cinnamon, Spice and Everything Nice

I sprinkle cinnamon into my morning coffee for a healthy boost. Cinnamon is good source of fiber, iron, calcium and one teaspoon of the spice has as much antioxidant power as 1/2 cup of blueberries!
