Snack Attack: What Are Some Healthy Handfuls Between Meals?

I try and hit the gym most days of the week, and after a workout I need a energy boost before dinner time. Almonds pack in protein and healthy fats, and I love the small snack-sized bags so I can easily control my calorie intake.

Tip: If you are not hungry in the morning, do breakfast anyway. But skip the muffins! An apple or banana and you are on your way. Remember what they say: even an apple a day can keep the doctor away. Your blood sugar levels (and waistline) will thank you later.
