Tip: Take Fat Out of Fast Food
When ordering take out opt for a steamed dish (instead of fried or sautéed) with your sauce on the side. Ask for brown rice instead of white and supplement your pasta with extra veggies.
Did you know?
Tip: If you are not hungry in the morning, do breakfast anyway. But skip the muffins! An apple or banana and you are on your way. Remember what they say: even an apple a day can keep the doctor away. Your blood sugar levels (and waistline) will thank you later.
