I take 1/2 of the food and eat it. I put the other half in the fridge. That way I don't overeat.

Tip: If you are not hungry in the morning, do breakfast anyway. But skip the muffins! An apple or banana and you are on your way. Remember what they say: even an apple a day can keep the doctor away. Your blood sugar levels (and waistline) will thank you later.
