It allows you to chop your fruits and veggies on a safe surface that conveniently folds up to pour directly into your serving plates, bowls, or pots of boiling water by using the latest technology in polypropylene living hinges. The board also has a handle with a hole for hanging alongside other kitchen utensils so it won't take up space
