Product of the Day: Edge Brownie Pan
As a brownie lover, I've come across the acute pain of having uneven brownie pieces: some mushy and gooey, other's chewy and delicious. If you're an end person, check out the Baker's Edge Brownie Pan. Instead of undercooked middles, this pan makes sure that every piece has two chewy edges to compliment the softness of the perfectly cooked inards. The pan uses a zig-zag pattern wide enough for solitary brownie slices (though who can ever have just one?). If you're a gooey middle fan, forget it, this is not the pan for you, but if you're a perfectionist brownie lover, then jump on board.
The best part? No struggle to get those treats out of the pan and into your mouth. Each pan is non-stick, easy to clean and even comes with a miniature spatula. Trick: When making your brownies in this awesome pan, substitute the oil in the brownies with a half cup of almond butter. It leaves the treats moist, gooey and rich.
Why keep yourself on edge? Enjoy a delicious brownie without the struggle, courtesy of Baker's Edge Brownie Pan.
