Product of the Day: Cookware.com's Prepara Oil Mister

Last week we featured a segment on NBC for salad accessories. And I must say, I had to pick favorites. Although an oil mister doesn't sound too attractive to those that like to be health conscious, this little gem has its perks. By using it, you can control how much oil you put on your salads or use when prepping meats. The mister is also great for vinegars and other dressings as well.

Its built-in clog free filter also allows you to use flavored oils or you can add your own infusions— try crushed pepper flakes, garlic or even dried chilies.

Tip: This mister is definitely versatile. Use it to spray cookie sheets, baking dishes or even for lightly greasing a griddle when making pancakes (chocolate chip ones, obviously!)
