Drink of the Day: Haru's Peach Fuzz Cocktail
Is it just us, or were sushi and cocktails made to go together? Get your fill of both at Haru, where they're serving up summery specialties like lobster mango ceviche and chilled calamari miso salad. Our drink of the day will be the perfect compliment to either of these: the Peach Fuzz Cocktail.
Made with clementine-infused vodka, fresh peach purée, freshly squeezed orange juice and a dash of ginger liqueur, this sweet and citrusy cocktail will be the perfect match to any of the spicy rolls Haru has to offer (try the Kiss of Fire Roll if you're feeling particularly bold: white tuna, salmon, jalapeño peppers, fresh wasabi root and spicy tuna tempura). Tip: Swing by to try one (or two) of these during happy hour, when they're mixing up these summer sippers for just $7.
