Dessert of the Day: Perbacco's Sweet Hamburger Slider
Perbacco's burger slider steers far away from the appetizer section of its menu and lands number one under the post-truffle, post -vino, post-pasta dish. I'll admit I never thought so highly of people who ate cold pizza for breakfast, but that was until I had this cold hamburger for dessert.
A dish that screams originality at its finest, Perbacco's sliders make White Castle burgers seem like a endless bore of beef. Instead, these blissful bite-size burgers consist of homemade tiramisu squished between a sweet sponge cake bun topped with sesame seeds. And we can't forget the fries. Served with pear fries, raspberry "ketchup," and sweet anise disguised as mayo, these dipping sauces make a sweet duo as partners in crime on this plate.
If Sloppy Joes had any competition, it should be this. Aside from the finger lickin' good chocolate, this dessert is a light dish you will still manage to stomach after the typical over-proportionate Italian meal. So take these Perbacco sliders it for all their sweet worth . This dish may be misleading and cause you to experience a severe chocolate meltdown, but I guarantee no hearts will be broken.
